The Welcome Party is a FREE event held on the beautiful campus of True Light Church Savannah. It will kick off our three day 70th Church Anniversary celebration. We have a lot of exciting activities planned for the day, including a southern barbecue and old fashioned fish fry, games and activities, as well as a ribbon cutting ceremony dedicating the Naomi Room, the Annie Mae Room and the Bishop C.F. Roberson Jr. Executive Conference Room. This is going to be the biggest party of the year. Bring the whole family and help us celebrate 70 years of ministry to the Savannah community. 

Come dressed to impress in your formal attire for an elegant evening of joy and celebration. Our Celebration Banquet is a premiere red carpet event and will be held at The DeSoto, a beautiful and historic hotel in the heart of Savannah, Georgia. Not only will we celebrate True Light Church Savannah's Platinum Jubilee but we will also celebrate and honor the consecration of Bishop Designate Timothy Roberson and Bishop-Designate Kathleen Roberson. It will definitely be a wonderful, unforgettable night.

Legacy Sunday is a special opportunity to honor the history of our church and to recognize our church members. We will have a time of worship and reflection as we celebrate how far we have come by faith, and look to the future with joy, faith and anticipation. We will also commission new church leadership to help carry the torch of our legacy into the future. Come worship the Lord with us.
